Meiking – Episode 3

Cain Asbell was just an ordinary shepherd living in a small village, tending his flock of sheep day after day. His life took a turn when one of those straying animals led him down a mysterious path into a hidden cave. Inside the dimly lit chamber, he stumbled upon Elise - a beautiful, trapped fairy who seemed desperate for help. In what felt like an instant, Cain found himself thrust into a whole new world as they managed to rescue Princess Charlotte together.

But their triumph was short-lived; it turns out that there's more than just magic at play here. As the now 'Lord Cain', he faced a rather demanding task: within five years, he had to transform his land into the most prosperous kingdom in all the land - or risk losing everything and returning back to being a simple shepherd. Oh, and did I mention that if he succeeded? He could marry none other than Princess Charlotte herself!

Sounds like an easy job? Hell no. Not with everyone scheming behind his back. Cain's young age made him quite the target for sneaky bastards: slavers trying to snatch up every pretty girl they can find, and bandits looking to make quick cash off anyone foolish enough not carry a weapon at all times.
