Linked Hospital Ward – Episode 1

Located about two hours away from Tokyo lies the Kiyosato Hospital, where recent medical school graduate Shuji is assigned to work after completing his studies. This assignment carries a heavy emotional burden for him as it was in this very hospital that his father passed away during an operation while he was still studying at college. To this day, this tragic event haunts Shuji and spurred him on to become a doctor himself - determined to uncover the truth behind his father's demise.

It has been almost ten years since then, but as time passes by, Shuji is beginning to hit one dead end after another in his investigation. Upon arriving at Kiyosato Hospital, he discovers that none other than Dr. Takao, who was the doctor operating on his father during those fateful moments, now holds a significant position within the hospital - serving as its assistant director.

On top of this unsettling revelation, Shuji encounters Misako, an old flame from way back when his father died. But there's more to this reunion than just nostalgia; it turns out that she is now married to none other than Dr. Takao under suspicious circumstances!

Faced with these shocking discoveries, Shuji resolves himself to investigate the enigmatic figure of Dr. Takao and retrieve Misako from his clutches by whatever means are necessary...
