It's been four years since that fucking nightmare of an epidemic hit Tohoku in Japan. The Unknown Virus made our asses run like hell and depopulated the whole fuckin' region - a memory we don't wanna remember, man. But thanks to some drastic measures by the government and a kickass vaccine, this bitch is now downgraded to just being around... not dead yet though.

But here comes the twist - shit ain't over for poor Wataru Ayase and his fam, friends, and homeboy Tokyo city. Soon, very soon, they'll be trapped in what we used to call 'home', but now it's more like a motherfucking madhouse called "Hell on Earth".
