So, imagine this hot chick - a medical investigator who's on the brink of creating a game-changing drug. She's working her ass off to make it possible for infertile dudes and chicks alike to get pregnant. But here's where things get interesting: she's an hermaphrodite herself, with both male and female bits that just ain't working right now. So, she whips up two versions of this miracle drug - a blue one for the guys and a red one for the gals.

Now, any new med needs to be tested before it hits the market, so our girl here gets her nurse assistants involved.
