Set in a dystopian future Tokyo (New Tokyo City), Japan AD 2034 has spiraled into chaos due to rampant crime and violence. It's become the norm for every resident of this bustling city, with slums rising like mushrooms after the rain and lower tax rates causing the once-mighty police force to dwindle severely in numbers. Consequently, these beleaguered cops have now become so incompetent that they rely heavily on private security firms just to maintain a semblance of order amidst this urban jungle.

In light of this dire situation, Tokyoites turn towards companies like Tokio Private Police for protection and peace of mind against the rampant lawlessness. Despite their reduced manpower, these resilient officers still find time outside their duty calls to unwind with a little adult fun on the side while performing their rescue missions. A prime example is Manager Shibata who's busy juggling his sultry affair with none other than Kieko Yamagami - the newest and fiercely talented captain of our local Mobile Police Force.

Intriguingly, even though she looks more like one of the guys (tomboyish to say the least), Noriko Ibuki, a rookie officer recently transferred from Ginza branch doesn't let that hinder her search for romance or deter her ambitions. She eventually finds her soulmate, guess where? You got it right - within his very own team!
