In the remote town of Rinin City, nestled among mountains and surrounded by myths, a sinister ritual has been passed down through generations since ancient times. This secret ceremony is believed to safeguard the region from diseases and crop failures - curses imparted upon them by Hime Iwanaga, their guardian deity.

Every month between the new moon and full moon, an innocent maiden dresses up as Konohanasakuyabime and must submit herself to a brutal gang bang at nightfall. For this ritual to be effective, it requires one of her blood-related relatives - husband, lover, mother, daughter or sister - to participate in the act. The goal here is not only sexual pleasure but also impregnation; for if she conceives during these dark and desperate nights, Hime Iwanaga's anger would be soothed, promising safety for their land along with bountiful harvests.
