Nightmare X Deathscythe – Episode 1

Hey there, you know how life can just be... normal one day and completely twisted the next? That's exactly what happened to our girl Natsume Rinne. She was livin', lovin', laughin' like any other high school chick until she found out about her darkest secret - that she carries the power of a supernatural being called "Shinigami" inside her!

It all started when, just a few months ago, her dad got attacked by this demonic cult. It was a brutal and heart-wrenching experience; especially for Rinne who, as a result, unlocked the dormant powers within herself. She went on an epic quest of vengeance against those evil bastards that took her father away from her.

But life ain't never easy in these kinds of stories! After she exacts her revenge and thinks everything is finally calm - whammo! She gets captured by none other than the demonic cult leader, Akuta. Now he plans to use Rinne against herself because his grudge goes way back; it was him who caused a lot of pain in Rinne's father when they were both alive.

Just as everything seemed doomed and hopeless for our girl, help arrives unexpectedly! The wandering exorcists Shindo Setsuna and Yuuka show up on the scene. They might be able to save poor, tortured Natsume Rinne from her desperate situation but... you gotta wonder: what other crazy twists and turns are in store for these characters as they try to navigate this dark and twisted world?
