Namaiki: Kissuisou e Youkoso

Meet Satoshi Ashifuji - a hardworking university student under scholarship who finds himself unexpectedly in charge of the women-only Kissuisou dormitory, filled with ladies facing their own unique issues. Things take an even stranger turn when he's tasked with repairing the dorm clock tower and accidentally summons Ibaraki, a self-proclaimed Zashiki-warashi (a type of Japanese household spirit) who just so happens to bring along more trouble than you can shake a stick at.

The situation is dire - if things don't change within half a year for the better, the dorm will be doomed and demolished regardless of its condition, leaving all those pent-up negativities with nowhere else to go but onto our poor unsuspecting hero, Satoshi. We wouldn’t want him to suffer through a lifetime of hell just because he was trying to help out, now would we?

To prevent this impending doom, Satoshi devises an ingenious plan - he's gonna inject some serious positivity and Ibaraki-infused energy into the lives of these ladies. And hey, if they happen to get it on during their transformation process... well, that's just a cherry on top! After all, it doesn’t really matter where or how often they do the deed as long as he finishes inside (no pun intended) - his mission is to make sure this dorm gets back on track.

So begins Satoshi's high-stakes, balls-to-the-wall strategy that could either save these ladies and himself from certain ruin... or leave them all in a heap of misery for the foreseeable future! It’s up to our hero – will he succeed? Only time (and perhaps a few well-timed explosions) will tell.
