As dusk settles over Iga, shadows cast by the infamous ninja clan, Koga, start looming ominously upon our sultry starlets. Tonight brings a new menace to these lusty vixens' lives. Following an explosive romp with Yatsurugi Shinobu, Mashiba Aya - her best friend and partner in crime - is unfortunately bitten by one of those parasitic bugs lurking around the shadows. Like any good infection, it takes its sweet time to reveal itself, only for poor Aya to give into its sinister will. This insatiable bug has left both Mashiba and her bestie Kage Lena vulnerable - sharing the same voracious urges as our dear friend here.

The clock is ticking now, with each second that slips away bringing us one step closer towards tragedy unfolding for poor Kage. The only known remedy to this vile bug resides deep within the labs of none other than those esteemed scientists at the Koga Institute - where they've been tirelessly working on cures and enhancements. Only their antidote stands a chance against these insatiable bugs, keeping both our lovely ladies safe from an untimely demise or worse...

But hey, who needs love triangles when you got life-threatening bug bites?
