Isaku Respect – Episode 2

This legendary h-series has been said to have changed the course of adult animation history due to its unapologetic scenes of brutality, deviance, and eroticism. The series consists of three different anime titles - Isaku, Shisaku, and Kisaku - each with their own unique set of episodes and releases.

Isaku, meaning "remnants," premiered from November 28, 1997 to May 29, 1998, followed by the darkly-titled Shisaku ("stench-maker") that aired between April 2nd, 1999 and November 5th, 1999. Afterward, Shisaku Replay provided a twisted retelling of previous episodes starting on July 28th, 2000 until January 26th, 2001. Next came Isaku Respect, which ran from February 23rd to September 21st in 2001.

Kisaku ("demon-maker") debuted with six episodes broadcast between January 25th, 2002 and April 11th, 2003. This was followed by the brief Shusaku Liberty series that aired from January 24th to April 25th in 2003. The Kisaku ULTIMATE episode served as a special recap on May 14th, 2004, while Kisaku Spirit and its supernatural theme spanned between May 28th, 2004 and July 22nd, 2005.

In the year 2004, we also got a taste of Shusaku SE-X FILE - a one-off special recap episode released on September 17th. The Core Mix series began in March 28th to April 25th, 2014 with Kisaku THE ANIMATION COREMIX, and continued through the rest of the trilogy as Isaku THE AN
