Meet Mochizuki Tomoya, just your average guy living on his own and working a day job at a convenience store. Unfortunately, Tomoya isn't skilled in drawing, writing or composing music, but he does dream of one day landing a gig at an actual eroge studio to bring his dreams to life.

Tomoya gets lucky when he stumbles upon a 'help wanted' ad for the local Flower Studio and lands himself a job as their website administrator after meeting with the young-looking company president, who surprisingly enough is just like an elementary school kid! His excitement doesn't last long though because it turns out that poor ol' Flower Studio might be headed straight to closure due to the colossal failure of their first eroge title.
