Kotowari – Episode 1

When young Mishiro was still in his formative years, an ancient, toothy god feasted on half of his soul, leaving him to grapple with the lingering shadows that dwell within the souls of relatives near and far ever since. These spectral fragments - known as kotowari - are born from a person's pain, only visible and palpable by their original host. No matter how many times you banish them back into darkness, they will inevitably return to taunt the one they originated within until the source of that anguish is addressed once and for all.

Soon after transferring to a school nestled in a historically rich sightseeing town filled with tales from ages past, Mishiro unwittingly stumbles upon this ethereal being - or so it seems at first glance... Upon closer inspection though, he soon realizes that there's not just one lonely kotowari in need of solace. As fate would have it, a myriad of other girls within the school also bear their own private torments and unresolved pain, each desperate for someone - anyone! - to reach out, understand, and offer them relief from their internal turmoil...

With that said, Mishiro takes it upon himself to delve deeper into this spiritual quest. Armed with nothing more than his innate compassion and thirst for justice, he embarks on a journey through the labyrinthine halls of the human spirit - one soul-searching encounter at a time. Little does he know though... that each newfound connection might just lead him down an alluringly twisted path of desire, lust, and raw sexual energy far beyond his wildest dreams!
