Meet Mochizuki Tomoya, your average guy who's living alone and working a day job at a convenience store just to get by. He has this huge thing for erotic games or 'eroge', if you want to call it that, but he doesn't have the skills to draw them, write scripts, or compose music - neither does he know much about running his own business. But hey! Dreams are dreams, and Tomoya is determined as hell to work in an eroge studio someday.

His luck finally turns when he comes across a 'Help Wanted' sign at the local Flower Studios. A little more than stoked, he ends up landing a job as their website administrator after meeting with none other than the company president - yup, you heard that right! He looks like an elementary school kid. But hey, dreams do come true sometimes, don't they?

Just when Tomoya starts feeling all warm and fuzzy inside about finally being part of the eroge industry, he finds out that Flower Studios is on the brink of shutting down because their first game turned into a massive failure. Oh boy...that's not what you wanna hear after getting your dream job!

After playing through their less-than-stellar product, Tomoya realizes his coworkers are as clueless about eroge as he was when he started. It seems like all of them lack the insight and understanding needed to make a good game - kind of ironic for an eroge studio, right?

After some persuasion from the president of Flower's parent company and some introspection on his part, Tomoya takes it upon himself to save Flower by teaching those girls everything he knows about what makes an erotic video game good. And so, the story unfolds as we see Tomoya in his pseudo-consultant role while getting up close and personal with the four heroines of the tale - kind of like a masterclass on how to navigate the wacky world of adult gaming development!
