Sora lay on the cold pavement in front of some sketchy-ass hospital after getting the shit kicked outta him by life's cruel hand. Barely holding onto this mortal coil, he was just about to bite it when a fine ass nurse named Yagami Yuu appeared like his guardian angel.

Yoo-hooing the ER staff, Sora got wheeled into that emergency ward faster than you can say "consent form." There, he met this bangin' chick Mikage Reika, all class and elegance as she was in charge of this damn place. She saw potential in our bruised buddy here, so with a snap of her fingers, Sora got recruited into some top-secret test subject program - no questions asked. No blood relatives to claim him? You bet your sweet ass they took the offer!

Yagami Yuu was tasked as his personal nurse, and boy did that change our hero's life! Since then, he ain't been the same; it's like a whole new chapter of this roller-coaster ride called existence.
